Special Recognition Award

Presented by Stockton Borough Council at the annual

Club, Coach & Volunteer Awards 2014

In November 2014, Zi Shiying Tang Soo Do worked with Priors Mill Junior School In Billingham, during Anti-Bullying week.

In addition to this Zi Shiying Tang Soo Do offers self defence training to the local community at minimal cost.

Being a NOT FOR PROFIT organisation, this  ensures all practitioners do NOT pay extra costs for anything.

Insurance, martial arts suits etc.. are all sold at cost, whereas Grading’s and class fees are set at a low nominal cost to cover the cost of the venues etc.. We also offer family concessions for class fees and grading’s and do not charge for any DAN gradings.

All the above has been recognized by Stockton Borough Council(SBC). It was SBC that approached our club for the award and not the other way round.

Craig Moat CHIEF INSTRUCTOR says ‘ It was a huge honour and a privilege to receive such an accolade and to be recognised among so many well established clubs in the area. This award is for the whole club, not just the instructors, but all the students, the parents & guardians all of which are major contributors within our club. To have won such a prestigious award within the first 12 months of the club being in operation is amazing. A huge thanks to all persons who are part of the Zi Shiying Tang Soo Do Family. we have lots planned for the future, WATCH THIS SPACE ‘
